If you are passionate about customer service and the automotive industry, this role is perfect for you. As a customer service representative, you will assist customers by addressing their inquiries in Polish while enjoying the beautiful environment of Greece. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and specifications via phone, email, and chat in Polish. Provide accurate and detailed information about vehicle options, features, and pricing to customers. Assist customers in scheduling maintenance services and addressing service inquiries. Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Document all customer interactions systematically in the CRM system for effective tracking. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction efforts. Stay informed on automotive industry trends and company updates to better serve customers. Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive sector. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude. Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on client satisfaction. Familiarity with CRM systems and general office software is desirable. Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
