This role provides an exciting chance to join a dynamic team and deliver outstanding support to Polish-speaking clients who are passionate about vehicles and automotive products. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding automotive products and services. Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicle features, pricing, availability, and technical support. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain in-depth knowledge of automotive products and industry trends to assist customers accurately. Document all customer interactions meticulously to contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to address customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience. Adhere to company policies and industry standards in all customer interactions. Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
