Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, ticket changes, and travel services. Manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Provide information about airline policies, procedures, and promotional offers to assist customers in their travel plans. Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records for compliance and reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and enhance the overall travel experience. Stay updated on industry trends and airline products to provide relevant information to clients. Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, ideally within the aviation or travel industry. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
