This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional support to Polish-speaking clients, ensuring they have a satisfactory banking experience. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and providing information about banking products and services. Assist customers with account management, transaction inquiries, and general banking-related questions. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Provide guidance on banking procedures and help customers navigate through online banking platforms. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of bank products, services, and regulations to offer accurate advice and assistance. Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records for compliance and service improvement. Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and address complex customer issues. Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
