Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries regarding consumer electronics products, services, and support via phone, email, and chat in Polish. Provide detailed information on product features, specifications, and troubleshooting guidance. Assist customers with order processing, warranty claims, and technical support queries. Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction. Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system for effective follow-up. Collaborate with product and technical teams to provide the best solutions to customers. Stay informed about the latest technology trends and brand developments to offer valuable insights to customers. Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the consumer electronics sector. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong customer-centric attitude. Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is desirable. Willingness to relocate and work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
