This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. You will assist Polish-speaking customers with their inquiries related to a wide array of consumer electronics, ensuring they have a positive experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding consumer electronics products, troubleshooting, and services via phone, email, and live chat in Polish. Provide assistance with product features, specifications, and usage instructions. Help customers resolve issues related to their purchases, including warranty inquiries and service appointments. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. Work closely with technical support and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay informed about current products, industry trends, and promotions to deliver accurate information. Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the consumer electronics industry, is preferred. Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
