In this position, you will communicate with clients in Polish, providing support for inquiries related to cybersecurity products and services. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries about cybersecurity solutions, service offerings, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Polish. Assist customers with issues related to account management, product functionalities, and troubleshooting security concerns. Provide clear information on cybersecurity best practices and company policies. Document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with technical support teams to address customer concerns efficiently. Stay informed about industry trends, cybersecurity threats, and product updates to better assist customers. Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial. Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity sector. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Problem-solving mindset and the capability to handle challenging situations professionally.
