Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to invite applications for the Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative role with a leading Digital Wallet Provider, based in Greece. This position is ideal for individuals who are tech-savvy and are passionate about providing excellent service to customers using digital financial solutions. As a representative, you will assist customers in Polish, helping them navigate their inquiries and ensuring a seamless digital wallet experience. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries regarding digital wallet services, transactions, and features via phone, email, and chat in Polish. Provide clear and accurate information about account setups, transactions, and troubleshooting. Assist customers with any issues related to account access, payment processes, and refunds. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries effectively while ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up. Collaborate with technical teams to address customer concerns and enhance service quality. Stay informed about industry trends and updates in digital payment solutions to provide informed assistance. Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, especially in the digital payments or fintech industry, is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and other communication tools is desirable.
