Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries about financial products and services. Assist customers with account management, transaction inquiries, and financial advice tailored to their needs. Handle customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring all concerns are addressed adequately and promptly. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company policies and financial products to provide accurate information. Document all customer interactions meticulously, contributing to service quality improvements. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex customer issues efficiently. Adhere to industry regulations and maintain confidentiality during all customer interactions. Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the finance or banking sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
