This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for finance technology and are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in navigating their financial inquiries and services, all while communicating effectively in Polish. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding FinTech products and services via phone, email, and chat in Polish. Provide detailed information on account management, transaction processes, and financial products. Assist customers with resolving issues related to their accounts and transactions. Educate clients on navigating the FinTech platforms and available financial solutions. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve technical issues or service interruptions. Stay informed about industry trends and the latest FinTech developments to offer accurate guidance. Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the FinTech or financial services sector. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is preferred. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as necessary. Readiness to relocate to Greece for this role.
