Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to healthcare services, benefits, and policies. Provide guidance and support regarding claims processing and healthcare options. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to offer accurate information and solutions to clients. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s healthcare offerings to provide precise assistance. Document all customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement purposes. Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, particularly in the healthcare industry is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Familiarity with healthcare terminology and systems is advantageous. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Adept at working in a fast-paced environment and handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
