This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience. As a customer service representative, you will engage with clients in Polish, assisting them with their inquiries and supporting their needs related to imaging and electronic products. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding imaging and electronic products, including specifications, troubleshooting, and order status via phone, email, and live chat in Polish. Provide detailed product information, including features, pricing, and promotions. Assist customers with technical support, product returns, and warranty claims. Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with technical teams to provide timely solutions and updates to customers. Stay informed about new products, technologies, and industry trends to enhance customer interactions. Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English or Greek is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the technology, imaging, or electronics sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM applications.
