This role is perfect for individuals who have a keen interest in imaging technologies and are dedicated to providing exceptional service. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in Polish, helping them with their inquiries related to imaging products and services. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to imaging solutions, including product specifications, technical support, and order processing via phone, email, and chat in Polish. Provide detailed information about imaging products, features, and available services to clients. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and offer solutions effectively. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring all inquiries are logged for future reference. Collaborate with technical support and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction. Stay informed about new imaging technologies and products to provide current and relevant assistance to customers. Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or imaging sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-oriented approach. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle technical inquiries effectively. Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and general computer applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
