In this position, you will assist customers in navigating payment solutions and services while providing top-notch support in Polish. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to payment processing, account management, and technical issues via phone, email, and chat in Polish. Provide clear and accurate information regarding payment solutions, product features, and troubleshooting steps. Assist customers with transaction inquiries, disputes, and account-related concerns. Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for accurate follow-up. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues. Stay informed about industry trends and updates in payment solutions to provide informed assistance. Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the payment solutions or fintech industry. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Capability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
