This position is key to ensuring that Polish-speaking clients receive exceptional support and information about pharmaceutical products and services. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to pharmaceutical products, prescriptions, and health information. Handle customer complaints and queries professionally, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the pharmaceutical products offered and relevant regulatory guidelines. Document all customer interactions accurately to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of services. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues effectively. Educate customers about product usage, side effects, and other important information related to pharmaceuticals. Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry, is preferred. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Willingness to learn about pharmaceutical products and adhere to industry regulations.
