Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, and returns, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively while maintaining a polite and professional demeanor. Maintain knowledge of the company’s product offerings, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. Document and track customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance and improvement. Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment. Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, particularly in the retail industry, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. A collaborative spirit and a positive attitude towards team work.
