Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an opportunity for Polish Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the retail industry, based in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service and retail. As a representative, you'll assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and promotions, all while enhancing their shopping experience in Polish. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding retail products, stock availability, and service options via phone, email, and live chat in Polish. Provide detailed information about promotions, pricing, and return policies. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, changes, and cancellations. Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and improved customer experience. Stay informed about the latest product offerings and retail trends to assist customers effectively. Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the retail sector. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. Ability to effectively handle multiple inquiries while prioritizing tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Familiarity with CRM software and general computer applications is desirable. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
