This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy engaging with users in a dynamic industry. As a representative, you will assist customers in navigating the ride-sharing app, addressing their inquiries in Polish while providing exceptional support. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding the ride-sharing platform, including account management, ride requests, and service features via phone, email, and chat in Polish. Provide clear guidance on app functionality, payment methods, and promotions. Assist users with troubleshooting issues they may encounter while using the platform. Resolve complaints and ensure a positive experience for all users. Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate and resolve technical issues as necessary. Stay informed about company policies, industry trends, and customer service best practices to enhance service delivery. Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in a tech-driven environment or ride-sharing industry. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude. Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Effective problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to customer needs. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is desirable.
