Assist users with inquiries related to account management, features, and platform functionalities. Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly, maintaining high levels of satisfaction. Educate users about best practices and features of the service to enhance their overall experience. Document all interactions carefully and contribute to the knowledge base for ongoing service improvements. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and customer feedback to provide insightful support. Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken. Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the technology or social media sector, is advantageous. Outstanding communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using customer service software and social media tools.
