This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about social media and are eager to assist users in navigating their inquiries while providing exceptional customer service in Polish. Key Responsibilities Manage user inquiries related to the social media platform, addressing questions and concerns via phone, email, and chat in Polish. Provide detailed explanations about features, functionality, and policies of the platform. Assist users with account management, privacy settings, and troubleshooting issues. Resolve complaints and issues promptly to ensure a positive user experience. Document all interactions in the CRM system for effective follow-up and reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance user experience and address platform-related inquiries. Stay updated on platform features, trends, and policies to provide accurate assistance to users. Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or social media sector. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage positively with users. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-oriented approach. Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and social media platforms. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary. Relocation to Greece is required; support with relocation may be provided.
