This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about entertainment and technology and are eager to assist customers in navigating their streaming needs. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries regarding streaming services, subscriptions, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Polish. Provide information about service features, content availability, and troubleshooting assistance. Assist customers with billing inquiries and subscription modifications. Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service. Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately for tracking and follow-up purposes. Collaborate with technical teams to address complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay knowledgeable about industry trends, new content releases, and updates to enhance customer interactions. Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or entertainment industry. Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools. A willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary. The opportunity to work in Greece requires valid authorization to work in the EU or a relevant visa.
