Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to announce an opportunity for a Polish Speaking Customer Support Representative, with the added benefit of paid relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria. This role is essential in delivering high-quality support to our esteemed Polish-speaking clients. As a part of our dedicated team, you will ensure the efficient handling of customer inquiries and foster positive relationships that enhance overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive customer support to Polish-speaking clients via various channels including telephone, email, and chat. Respond accurately to inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies in a timely manner. Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints, thus ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. Collaborate with different departments to facilitate effective solutions to client needs. Keep abreast of the latest product knowledge, services, and industry trends to enhance the quality of customer support. Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous. Experience in customer service or support roles is highly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer relations. Proficient problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is beneficial. Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment. A willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and adapt to a new cultural landscape.
