Key Responsibilities Monitor user-generated content across social media platforms to identify and respond to potential violations of community standards. Conduct thorough investigations of reported safety incidents, analyzing evidence to recommend appropriate actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance policies that promote a secure digital environment. Create comprehensive reports on safety incidents and analytics to inform strategic improvements. Stay updated on the latest trends and challenges in social media safety to keep our protocols effective and relevant. Engage with users to educate them about safety practices and promote awareness of potential online risks. Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken) is essential. Previous experience in digital safety, social media moderation, or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail to assess situations effectively. Excellent communication skills for articulate interaction with users and colleagues. A proactive approach to identifying potential risks and safety issues.
