Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a position for a Polish Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Specialist to work in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this key role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a secure online experience for our users by monitoring content, addressing safety concerns, and upholding community guidelines. Your expertise will help foster a culture of trust and safety within our digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Continuously monitor user-generated content and online interactions to promptly identify and act upon potential violations of safety standards. Conduct thorough investigations into reported safety incidents, evaluating evidence and recommending appropriate resolutions based on findings. Collaborate with various departments to enhance and develop policies that promote user safety and trust. Prepare comprehensive reports on safety incidents and trends, leading to informed decisions by senior management. Stay current with developments in digital safety to proactively adjust protocols and improve community safety measures. Engage with users to educate them on safe practices and increase awareness about potential online risks. Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken) is essential. Previous experience in digital safety, content moderation, or a related field is strongly preferred. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to identifying problems and solutions. Excellent communication abilities to effectively manage user interactions and resolve safety issues. Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset towards identifying possible safety threats. Familiarity with online safety tools, social media platforms, and content management systems is a plus. A team-oriented individual capable of thriving in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
