This unique role focuses exclusively on providing email support to our Polish-speaking customers. As part of our dynamic team, you will help clients resolve their inquiries efficiently while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to Polish-speaking customers through email correspondence. Handle inquiries related to products, services, and general customer support issues. Provide detailed and accurate information to customers to resolve their queries effectively. Document all interactions and maintain thorough records in our support system. Collaborate with internal teams as needed to ensure customer issues are fully resolved. Stay updated on company policies, product offerings, and industry trends to provide informed support. Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Previous experience in email support or customer service roles is preferred. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and respond promptly. Proficiency in using email and customer support software. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction. Willingness to work from our office in Sofia, Bulgaria.
