Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to welcome a Polish Speaking Online Content Reviewer to our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a paid relocation package! This role offers you the chance to contribute your language skills to ensure that our user-generated content is of the highest quality, fostering a safe and engaging online experience for our Polish-speaking users. Your Key Responsibilities: Review and evaluate user-generated content in Polish to ensure it aligns with community standards. Accurately classify and moderate content based on established guidelines and policies. Identify and report any inappropriate content or violations promptly and responsibly. Provide insights on content trends and contribute feedback to enhance the moderation process. Work collaboratively with your colleagues to improve overall content moderation strategies. Stay updated with company policies regarding content moderation and community interaction. Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred. Attention to detail and the ability to consistently follow guidelines. Strong communication skills for effectively discussing moderation decisions. Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care. Familiarity with digital content platforms and moderation tools is a plus. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and embrace a new cultural setting. Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a remote team.
