This role is tailored for individuals who are passionate about gaming and eager to provide exceptional support to players. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries from Polish-speaking players, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable gaming experience with Riot Games. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding player support in Polish through various channels, predominantly email and chat. Assist players with questions regarding account management, game features, and technical issues. Efficiently resolve player problems to enhance overall satisfaction and encourage player loyalty. Document player interactions accurately to support service enhancements and continuous improvement. Collaborate with other departments to maintain a high standard of player experience and communicate valuable feedback. Stay informed about game updates, new features, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance. Fluency in Polish (both oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a significant advantage. Previous experience in customer support or player support roles is preferred, especially in the gaming industry. A strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with Riot Games' titles is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering top-notch customer service. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple player inquiries effectively. Willingness to work in Bulgaria and adapt to a new cultural environment.
