Responsibilities: Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services. Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information. Consolidate and build the customer base. Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail. Ensure consistent customer follow-up. Monitor competitors’ products or services and develop selling strategies. Handle customer needs and inquiries. Requirements: Language Skills: C2 level of Polish. Good level of English (oral and written). Experience: 14 months sales experience and customer interaction. Ability to learn and adapt quickly. Able to perform tasks independently with some supervision. CRM Skills: proficient CRM experience, comfortable with using CRM software to track customer interactions and assist in sales processes. Communication Skills: solid communication skills, able to convey messages clearly, participate in meaningful conversations, and contribute to team efforts. Business Acumen: solid business acumen, able to understand business principles and contribute to operational improvements. Personal Skills: Proactive and motivated. A customer-oriented team player. Specialized Skills for the Polish Market: Polish Market Knowledge: understanding of the Polish business culture.
