Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Polish Speaking TeleSales Representative to join a leading tech company and live in beautiful Greece. This role is ideal for candidates who are fluent in Polish and have a passion for sales and technology. You will be responsible for actively engaging with clients, ultimately helping to drive revenue growth by converting leads into satisfied customers; understanding their needs, and promoting cutting-edge tech solutions that drive business success. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the Polish market to generate leads and close sales. Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions aligned with their business goals. Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system accurately. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and achieve sales targets. Exceptional fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential. A minimum English proficiency of B2 is required. Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or B2B sales, preferably in the technology sector. Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently in a remote or office-based environment in Greece. Proactive and target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Willingness to relocate and live in Greece.
