Key Responsibilities Assist Polish-speaking clients with travel inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Manage bookings, modifications, and cancellations efficiently while maintaining high accuracy. Provide tailored travel recommendations that align with client preferences and desires. Address and resolve customer complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction. Document and keep records of client interactions and support requests within our CRM system. Keep up-to-date with travel industry trends and company services to provide informed advice to clients. Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus. Prior experience in customer service or travel support is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Capability to handle multiple tasks and inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and travel booking platforms is advantageous. Willing to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with all relocation expenses covered. A friendly, approachable demeanor with a strong desire to assist clients with their travel journeys.
