The ideal candidate will be responsible for refining and finishing various products to meet high-quality standards. Operate polishing equipment and tools to achieve desired surface finishes on different materials Inspect products before and after polishing to ensure quality standards are met Adjust polishing techniques and processes based on material properties and specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflow Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times Perform routine maintenance on polishing equipment Document work processes and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors Qualifications Proven experience as a Polisher or in a similar manufacturing role Proficiency in various polishing techniques and equipment Strong knowledge of different materials and their properties Ability to read and interpret technical specifications accurately Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Familiarity with quality control processes in manufacturing Understanding of surface finishing processes Knowledge of safety protocols in manufacturing environments High school diploma or equivalent required Vocational training in metalworking or a related field preferred Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
