We are seeking a Political Affairs Lead to serve as a trusted advisor to public sector stakeholders, anticipate regulatory changes, and champion innovation-enabling policies. Our Political Affairs team identifies key political risks and fosters strong government relationships to drive strategy, and believes in using these insights to position N26 as a leading force in fintech innovation. This is a unique opportunity to shape impactful public policy, lead high-level engagements, and work closely with our founders and senior leadership at the cutting edge of digital finance.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to public sector stakeholders, while anticipating and identifying policies and regulations that can impact the company, including political and social developments that create value for the brand.
  • Advocate for public policy that supports the N26 business.
  • Monitor political business risks and provide analyses to internal stakeholders for action.
  • Advocate for technology and Innovation-enabling policies and regulation.
  • Position N26 as an innovation partner and technology leader through content development and targeted outreach to stakeholders groups.
  • Grow and leverage extensive government and stakeholder networks.
  • Drive relevant content creation and public sector engagement campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with our corporate communications, crisis and reputation and internal communications team to align approaches and messaging for key announcements.
  • Work closely with our founders, leadership and senior stakeholders on regulatory topics.
