Description Roles and Responsibilities Market Research Conducts market data analysis Customer Research Source customer data and produce qualified customer lists Sales Planning Build and implement Polychem focused sales plan Modify plan and actions as required Continuously learning about products and services Work with wider Polychem team on projects, marketing ideas and initiatives Engaging Customers Proactively calls customers to establish/re-establish relationships with Polychem brand Prospect new accounts and bring on new Polychem customers Making outbound calls to existing and potential customers Identify opportunities to sell Polychem products Sales Conducting engaging sales pitches and product discussions over the phone Identifying customer needs and matching them with suitable products or services Providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries and issues Achieving daily, weekly, or monthly sales and calls targets Collaborating with the sales team to share best practices and strategies Work with sales team as needed on Polychem targets Negotiates prices where applicable Visit Polychem customers/potential customers as appropriate Administrative Services Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in a CRM system and own files Prepare reports including on sales, customers, prospects Other duties as assigned IFS is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
