MISSION

At IBA, we’re looking for a Polymer Processing and Enhancement Specialist to act as a key expert within our team, driving the development of advanced material solutions using electron beam and X-ray technologies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the internal expert on the application of electron beam technology for polymer processing and material enhancement.
• Advise sales teams on best practices for polymer modification, helping customers optimize their processes using electron beam solutions.
• Work with the product management team to ensure that product offerings align with market needs, especially in polymer applications.
• Analyze the competitive landscape of existing polymer technologies and assess their strengths, weaknesses, and cost implications (OPEX & CAPEX).
• Lead technical discussions and presentations for customers, providing guidance on the benefits of electron beam processing versus traditional methods.
• Collaborate with R&D to translate customer feedback into product improvements or new offerings.
