Values: Compassion, Excellence, Integrity, and Trust.   Position Highlights: * Position: Polysomnography Technician – Adena Sleep Lab * Salary: Hourly rate based on years of experience/education  * Work Life Balance: Full Time, Night shift (2000-0830), flexibility for scheduling to support work-life balance * Location/Department: Chillicothe – Adena Sleep Lab * On-Call: Not Required     Why Adena? * Supportive, team culture where caregivers are valued * Community rooted health system providing focused care that truly makes a difference * Competitive pay and benefits and a focus on work-life balance * Strong supportive leaders who invest in potential * Career growth opportunities where your voice matters and your impact is seen     What You’ll Do The Polysomnographic Technologist is responsible for performing nocturnal polysomnography, scoring, and performing therapeutic intervention for patients with sleep related breathing disorders.  The technologist works collaboratively with other care team members, physicians and the patient/family to achieve optimal outcomes.  Has access to confidential patient information and makes decisions independently and with others.  This individual works under the direct supervision of the Lead Technician/Sleep Lab Manager.                           Required Educational Degree: Technical Training                                                                                      Major/Area of Concentration: Polysomnography (sleep technology)                                      Required Certifications, Credentials and Licenses: Must meet one of the following:  1) Sleep Technologist (RST) through American Board of Sleep Medicine (ABSM) 2) Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) through Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT) 3) Certified Pulmonary Function Technologist (CPFT), Registered Pulmonary Function Technologist (RPFT), Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT), or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) through National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) BLS - Basic Life Support required for all caregivers.                                                                      Preferred Certifications, Credentials and Licenses: *Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)                         Required Experience: 1-2 years related work experience     Why Caregivers Stay? * Fair, reliable compensation * Healthcare plans that reduce financial stress (EPO Plan offering the strongest coverage and lowest deductibles when you stay in Adena Care) * Employer-funded protection and long-term financial support (3.5% retirement match with automatic 1% annual increase) * PTO that grows with tenure * Smaller teams = faster visibility   Ready to Explore?
