What will you do? To assist in day-to-day operations of the laboratory To perform tasks as assigned by Quality Control (QC) QC Lab manager To assist in 6S/housekeeping for the laboratory To assist in audits and inspections To revise SOP for corrective actions and improvements Execute and support equipment/software/method validation and performs (re)validation when necessary Review required chemistry testing for utilities, raw materials, manufacturing processes and products and ensure that the tests are analyzed in accordance with corporate, regulatory and external agency regulations Enforce all laboratory policies and practices, and ensure that all in-use procedures are current and compliant Maintains all safety and security policies and practices What will you learn? To be able to execute tasks related to laboratory activities Understanding Good Laboratory practices (GLP) Be competent in technical skills in the following: Laboratory equipment qualification Computer system validation Gain knowledge of current GLP and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) Effective report writing skills Gain knowledge on up to date on the regulations concerning biopharmaceutical QC activities Identifies and reports problems in QC Solves problems and implements corrective actions What are we looking for? A keen interest in consumer healthcare science, product and development, and a passion for knowledge A lively interest in quality control, the commercial world and the biopharma industry Good laboratory knowledge and hands-on experience in chemistry testing Good to have knowledge on cGLP, cGMP and laboratory equipment qualification Proficient in use of IT and software/systems, ideally document management and database systems Strong written and oral communication skills, good interpersonal skills Deadline-driven, flexible with self-reliance to work in an empowered environment Awareness and ability to work within culturally diverse teams Demonstrated ability to take initiative, think and work independently, and problem-solve Strong drive for performance and attention to details Good command of English for reporting writing and documentation What do we offer you? Responsibilities
