About the role: The Pool & Beach Server is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests in the pool and beach areas. This role ensures a relaxing and luxurious experience by anticipating guest needs, maintaining cleanliness, and providing prompt and courteous service. What you will do: Greet guests warmly and professionally. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool and beach areas. Monitor guest needs and proactively offer assistance. Follow safety and hygiene standards. Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service. Handle guest complaints or requests with professionalism. What you bring: Previous experience in hospitality or F&B service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and guest service orientation. Ability to carry trays and stand for extended periods. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
