Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pool and Public Area Housekeeping Attendant to ensure our guests experience a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: - Clean and maintain pool areas, including decks, lounge chairs, and surrounding facilities, ensuring they are free of debris and hazards. - Sanitize and disinfect public areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other common spaces regularly. - Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards in public and pool areas. - Restock supplies such as towels, cleaning products, and amenities as needed. - Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. - Assist guests with inquiries related to public areas and provide excellent customer service. - Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times. Requirements Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality roles preferred. - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and proper cleaning techniques. - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. - Physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
