Experienced Pool Service Technician – Port Macquarie
Location: Port Macquarie & Mid North Coast
Employment Type: Full Time
Hourly Rate: $31-$35 per hour
Poolwerx is an industry leading retail and service company.
Based in Port Macquarie on the beautiful Mid North coast, our family business operates 1 retail shop and 5 mobile pool servicing vehicles.
To support our growth in the areas we service, we seek an honest, energetic person with some technical/mechanical aptitude. You will be trained in all facets of pool servicing and given the autonomy to service your allocated customer’s pools and build trusting relationships.

THE IDEAL PERSON WILL HAVE A RELEVANT POOL, PLUMBING OR TECHNICAL BACKGROUND AND CAN CONDUCT:

Preferable to have experience in the pool industry but we’re happy to train the successful candidate if necessary.
Test and balance water using analytical equipment.
Manually clean residential and commercial pools and spas.
Perform scheduled maintenance procedures on pool equipment.
Able to provide the ultimate customer experience.
To be successful, you must have:
A current open driver’s license.
A clean police and driving record.
A commitment to safe work practices.
Fitness to meet the physical demands of the job including heavy lifting.
High self-motivation, energy and flexibility to accept fluid situations.
Experience interacting well with customers.
Ability to work within tight timelines.
Desire to work under minimal supervision.
Your physical ability to carry equipment, work in sometimes steep and exposed conditions all day should be considered very carefully.
A positive attitude and a customer service commitment is crucial to your success.
