As a Pool Attendant, you'll work under the direct supervision of the Property Manager, ensuring a safe pool environment for all residents and they’re guests. Your position will play a vital role in creating a safe and positive atmosphere of our community. Responsibilities: Monitor the pool area to ensure the safety of all guests. Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment. Respond to any emergencies or incidents that may occur. Maintain cleanliness of the pool area and surrounding facilities. Provide excellent customer service to all pool guests. Report any maintenance or safety issues to management. Requirements Qualifications: Fluency in English is a must, coupled with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. High level of comfort working independently and collaboratively with a team. Neat and orderly work habits, with the ability to make independent decisions based on sound judgment. Education and Experience: High school diploma, or the equivalent. CPR training/certification a plus.
