Responsibilities Check pool badges for all individuals entering the pool area Ensure only authorized guests are permitted entry Remain stationed at the pool entrance during assigned hours Be polite and professional when interacting with residents and guests Notify management of any issues or concerns (lost badges, questions, etc.) Requirements Dependable and punctual Comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods Able to interact respectfully with adults and peers No prior experience required Physical Requirements Ability to remain seated or standing outdoors during scheduled shifts Ability to focus on a repetitive, simple task Additional Information No lifeguard certification required No cleaning, maintenance, or pool supervision duties Training will be provided
