Casual Pool Attendants – Darlington Beach Resort Ready to make a splash this summer? We're on the lookout for Poolside legends to join our crew as Casual Pool Attendants. With school holidays and sunny days around the corner, we need big personalities to help keep our pool the coolest spot on the coast! What you will do: As a Pool Attendant, you’ll be our eyes and ears by the water, ensuring everyone’s safe, happy, and having a ripper time. Your day-to-day will include: Keeping Watch: Be the friendly face that greets guests as they enter the pool area, and keep a keen eye on everyone to make sure the fun stays safe. Safety First: Help enforce pool safety rules and step in when needed to keep things running smoothly. Poolside Vibes: Maintain the pool area’s sparkle, think of yourself as the guardian of good times (and clean towels!). Team Player: Work closely with our Grounds and Maintenance legends to keep everything shipshape. Guest Guru: Answer questions, share a laugh, and make sure every guest feels welcome and relaxed. What you will bring: Age: 16 years or over First Aid & CPR: You’ll need a current certificate or be willing to get one before you start. Personality Plus: Bring your fun, friendly, and approachable attitude. Cool Under Pressure: You can keep your head when things get busy and always deliver top-notch customer service.
