We're looking for a Pool Attendant to be the heartbeat of our poolside experience! If you’re passionate about safety, enjoy staying active, and love meeting new people, this is the job for you! As a Pool Attendant, you’ll ensure our swimmers are safe, happy, and having an amazing time while maintaining a clean and inviting pool environment. What You’ll Be Doing: Awareness First: You’ll be the eyes and ears around the pool, making sure everyone follows pool rules and enjoying the water responsibly. Keep it Clean: Maintain the poolside and amenities—notify when changing rooms, showers, pool decks need cleaning and keep the pool area pristine. Member Relations: Greet our members and guests with a friendly smile, check them in, and assist with anything they need to have an awesome pool day. Straighten Up: Ensure poolside furniture is tidy, wipe off tables, and keep everything neat throughout the day and for the next day’s swimmers. Team Player: You’ll work closely with our Fitness & Pool managers and team to ensure everything is running smoothly and assist with any tasks that come your way. Stay Fit: This role will keep you on your feet and active—ideal for someone who loves physical activity and outdoor work. Requirements What We Need from You: Enthusiasm: Bring your positive attitude and energy to the pool every day. Physical Stamina: You’ll be on your feet and active—no time to sit still! Awareness: You know how to keep a close eye on things and ensure a fun environment for everyone. Teamwork: You’re ready to jump in and help wherever needed—because we’re all in this together!
