QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Availability: Morning & Afternoon shifts, including weekends.
• Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent movements such as bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• Self-Motivated: Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Guest Focused: Demonstrates a passion for guest satisfaction and consistently prioritizes the needs of our guests.
• Knowledgeable: Familiarity with pool facilities and emergency procedures is an asset.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and report any safety hazards or maintenance concerns in the pool area.
• Customer Assistance: Provide assistance to guests with chairs, tables, and other amenities as needed.
• Guest Interaction: Proactively address guest concerns and follow up to ensure their satisfaction.
• Communication Skills: Relay guest requests to management in a timely manner.
• Cleanliness: Pick up garbage and maintain a clean environment in the pool area.
• Hospitality Mindset: Greet each guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using their names whenever possible.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and actively participate in the health and safety program.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
