Pool Bartender (Seasonal) | Luxury Resort Pool Bar | $9.80/hr + Tips Join our seasonal pool team and earn excellent tips while delivering exceptional service in a Forbes Five-Star luxury resort environment. Salamander Middleburg, a Triple Five-Star luxury resort, is seeking a Seasonal Pool Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team from April through October. This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals who enjoy guest interaction, fast-paced service, and the opportunity to earn strong tips during peak season. This position plays an important role in creating a memorable guest experience by delivering professional, engaging, and Forbes-level service at our resort pool. This role supports the overall pool experience through efficiency, organization, cleanliness, and teamwork. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare beverages accurately and efficiently for guests and servers * Provide warm, professional, and engaging guest service * Maintain proper bar setup, organization, and stock levels * Follow responsible alcohol service standards and ABC compliance requirements * Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene appropriately when necessary * Maintain cleanliness of the bar including glassware, surfaces, and preparation areas * Complete opening and closing inventory of spirits and supplies * Participate in deep cleaning and outlet side work * Complete prep assignments as directed by leadership * Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs QUALIFICATIONS * Previous bartending experience preferred * Resort or hotel experience a plus * Strong guest service and communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment * Professional appearance and demeanor * Strong teamwork and reliability * Must meet legal requirements for alcohol service PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods * Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting * Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds * Ability to work outdoors in seasonal weather conditions * Ability to perform repetitive movements during service WORK ENVIRONMENT * Fast-paced luxury resort pool environment * High level of guest interaction * Must be able to multitask and handle interruptions * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service excellence * Must be receptive to coaching and feedback SCHEDULE * Seasonal position (April – October) * Must be available weekends and holidays
