Spanning 488 acres across two campuses located in Arlington and Fairfax, Virginia. As a Bartender at Army Navy Country Club (ANCC), you will play a key role in providing exceptional experience for our members and guests. Your professionalism, efficiency, and enthusiasm will contribute to a memorable and enjoyable experience for all who visit our bar. Job Summary: Poolside Bartenders will be responsible for taking orders, making & delivering drinks to members and guests and overall cleanliness of their assigned bar area. July - September Essential Functions: * Make and deliver drinks to members and guests * Maintain accurate pour sizes and cocktail recipes * Assist with daily operations assigned * Maintain bar cleanliness and appearance * Take food and beverage orders from members and guests in a timely and efficient manner * Deliver food & beverage orders to members and guests efficiently and accurately * Follow up with additional member requests and issues * Maintain par levels of all bar items and ingredients * Prepare batched cocktails per assigned recipe Qualification Standards: * Must be 21 years or older * Education: At least High School diploma or GED equivalent. * Experience: No experience required.
