Key Responsibilities Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs. Serving guests at all pool & beach areas providing the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner. Monitor and control the maintenance/sanitation of the Gym, Pool & Beach equipment to protect the assets, comply with regulations and ensure a safe work environment. Responsible for the cleanliness of all Pool, Beach and gym public areas; chaise lounges, umbrellas, towel stands, water stations. Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards Wil be responsible for all aspects of the beach (chair, towels, cleanliness, etc...) Will be responsible for the daily set up for all beach chairs and cabanas. Be knowledgeable about daily hotel operations, check daily event sheets, bulletin boards and be up to date with all changes, new procedures, and events. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager; and complete safety training and certifications. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors. Qualifications Hospitality oriented Must be physically able to lift, push, pull, carry chairs and bulk towels which may weigh as much as 80 pounds. Able to handle difficult situations effectively. Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
