Description I. POSITION PURPOSE To assist Recreation Supervisor, Club Events Manager, and other management in delivering professional services while maintaining a well-kept Pool Deck and Beach. Assist with daily engagement of membership of all ages during special activities and events. II. ACCOUNTABILITIES Monitor pool and check in in hot and often difficult weather conditions Maintain member names and keep in good relations Work within a team to run the pool with the highest level of customer service Know and actively enforce pool rules for the safety of members and guests Ensure all members and their guests are abiding by the guidelines and policies of the Club Actively engage membership of all ages Assist with activities for kids Distribute towels upon member entry Maintain towel inventory in towel shed Set up and breakdown pool deck and beach operations daily Operation of the pool, cleanliness of the deck, stocking of towels and cleanliness of bathroom (making hourly checkups) Maintain locker room par levels Assist with Driftwood service, as necessary Helping service staff clean up Cleaning and maintaining beach and dunes Wear proper and clean uniforms at all times Other duties as assigned Requirements III. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS At least 16 years of age Experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified, preferred Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills to a wide variety of constituents, including both children and adults Ability to maintain quality and safety standards Excellent interpersonal/relationship-building and customer service skills

Responsibilities
