Position Overview: The Pool and Beach Attendant is responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting pool and beach environment. This role involves setting up lounge chairs, umbrellas, and towels, assisting guests with requests, monitoring pool and beach areas for safety, and providing top-tier service that aligns with Forbes luxury standards. Key Responsibilities: * Greet guests warmly and anticipate their needs to enhance their pool and beach experience. * Assist guests with seating arrangements, setting up lounge chairs, umbrellas, and towels. * Engage with guests professionally, answering questions and accommodating special requests. * Ensure pool and beach areas are clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies. * Regularly inspect and tidy lounge chairs, cabanas, and umbrellas to ensure a luxurious presentation. * Monitor pool deck, walkways, and surrounding areas for cleanliness and safety hazards. * Assist with special events, cabana reservations, and VIP guest experiences. * Maintain communication with the front desk, food & beverage staff and concierge for guest requests and coordination. * Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and business. Qualifications and Skills: * Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. * Previous experience in luxury hospitality, resort, or beach club setting preferred. * Strong customer service skills with a guest-first attitude. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Physical Requirements: * Must be able to safely lift, move, and stack items weighing up to 40 lbs. * Able to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. * Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
