  • It will prepare cocktail recipes according to the outlet concept and current trend , always following FS standards .
  • Will provide food and beverage service to our guests and clients .
  • Will guide the guest in the concept of the outlet and products , always seeking complete satisfaction of the expectations of our guests and clients , creating epic experiences .

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum experience of 2 years in ultra-luxury hotels .
  • Knowledge of high service standards .
  • High knowledge of the guidelines for service and health certifications .
  • Very Strong knowledge of spirits , cocktails , mixology and wines .
  • Mastery in stressful situations and maintaining high-level service quality .
  • High ability to communicate with others .
  • Proficiency in the English language is essential .
  • Proactive.
  • Strong presentation skills .
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills .
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and with a high volume of business.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize workload and projects simultaneously and efficiently .

Master Your Craft

  • Comply with the standards of attending your work shift on time.
  • Complete assigned daily tasks.
  • Follows up on the area cleaning schedule.
  • Promotes teamwork by delegating and executing daily tasks.
  • You will attend and absorb the training done by FS.
  • Comply with annual training sent by learning.
  • Has knowledge of internal safety protocols in emergency situations.
  • Knows and executes the safety and hygiene guidelines within the service and work shift, motivating others to do so as well.
  • Has knowledge of and applies state liquor regulations, respecting the rules established for minors, intoxicated people, and driving while intoxicated .
  • Have full knowledge of the F&B menus, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, preparation times, etc. According to the outlet concept.
  • Ensures the correct set-up and misplace of the bar, during and at the end service period, following established standards.
  • Learn and follow the service sequence established under the standards for FS.
  • Anticipate the needs of our guests and colleagues.
  • Give recognition to our guests and clients.
  • Make sure to do the corresponding charges on the bills presented to our clients
  • Ensures requesting the corresponding items according to the bar’s stock, ensuring supply for the operational service.
  • Support in the periodic inventories.
  • Ensures the correct protection of non-alcoholic and alcoholic bar products.
